Tempered Safety Glass
Heat-strengthened, code-compliant safety glazing
Our tempering line heats cut-to-size glass to roughly 620°C before a controlled quench locks the panel into a state of surface compression. The result is a panel that resists impact, thermal stress, and bending far better than annealed glass — and one that breaks safely into small granular pieces rather than sharp shards. Every panel is fabricated to its final dimensions, with edges worked and holes drilled, before tempering, because toughened glass cannot be re-cut.
