Float Glass

Clear, distortion-free base glass in every thickness

Float glass is the foundation of nearly everything we make — flat, parallel-faced sheet glass formed on a bed of molten tin for an even, distortion-free surface. We stock a full range of thicknesses and clarities, including low-iron for the truest colour rendition, and process it in-house into tempered, laminated, and insulated products. Supplied as cut-to-size annealed lites or as the starting stock for further fabrication, it carries no inherent strengthening on its own.
